Mister Bee

My beekeeping adventure
in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds

I am trying my hand at beekeeping...

Just three years ago, I took a leap of faith and followed my instinct. I had thought about beekeeping for a while and having moved from the south coast to Lincolnshire, I felt like it was as good time as any.

Honey

The aim for me is to have a laissez faire approach to beekeeping and not to overly interfere. Sometimes trickier than it may seem...

One of the most important things for me personally about beekeeping is the benefit to one's mental well-being, in addition
to collaborating with people and organisations who are looking to make a difference to the local area through beekeeping.

Honey is lower down on my priorities when it comes to beekeeping. That said I was very excited to harvest delicious honey from in and around the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Honey from the bees that I keep, can be purchased at the Post Office in Louth and the Post Office in Manby.
